Kristen D. Hardy is an in-house attorney at a Fortune 500. Kristen’s practice involves providing risk-based product advice to internal clients, including claims, agreements, anti-money laundering, and special investigations. She has experience in international manufacturing, where she practiced in the areas of anti-bribery anti-corruption (FCPA), international trade and sanctions, and corporate compliance. Her background also includes internal investigations and the development and execution of international corporate compliance programs for organizations.  

Kristen is the visionary and co-founder of Brunch of Professionals, a networking organization founded in 2016, dedicated to connecting professionals over brunches in the metropolitan area. Kristen is a frequent speaker, podcast host, and occasional contributor on issues related to her practice areas and other topics she finds interesting.

Kristen received her B.A. from Seton Hall University, where she competed as a member of the Division I track and field team, and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She fashions herself a foodie who loves to travel, read, and lend a hand in the community.
